Volunteer today for racing charities!


Charities working across the sport are frequently in need of valuable support from volunteers – on an ongoing basis or just to support a particular event.

Volunteering is a great way to help the causes you support, and can even boost your CV and help you make new friendships.

Opportunities to volunteer with racing industry charities will be found through Careers in Racing and the Sport and Recreation Alliance.

Family Raceday

A day filled with fun activities for the kids and first-class jump racing. It’s one of the busiest days on the Perth Racecourse calendar and one you simply do not want to miss.

CENTRE COURSE
The Centre Course enclosure is where you’ll find all of the fun kids’ activities guaranteed to keep the little ones entertained! All activities are FREE and will be provided by the fantastic team at Action Glen, and more!

Activities:

  • Segways (10+)
  • Bubble Football (8+)
  • Quad Pods (3+, under 3’s can ride in the same pod as an adult)
  • Laser Combat (6+)
  • Flu Flu Archery (6+)

In the kids’ zone it will be non-stop, we are guaranteed to tire out your children! You can rest assured that they’ll be occupied while you kick back with a picnic and watch the racing unfold in front of your eyes.

If you’re driving into the Centre Course, make sure you arrive early as this is one of the busiest days in the Perth Racecourse season. Dress for the weather and remember hats, sunglasses and lotion!

GRANDSTAND
With access to top class racing action track side, you also have the delight of selecting your winning bet at the Parade Ring.

With £80,000 worth of prize money on offer across seven races, we’re sure to see some of the best of UK and Irish racing at Perth for this exciting fixture. The not to be missed feature race, worth £20,000 to the winner!

In the Grandstand, the dress code is smart casual.

U18’s

Please note that U18 go FREE. Only one U18 per paying adult. U18’s do not need tickets in advance of the raceday, U18 tickets will be issued on the raceday at every entrance from 1130am onwards.
