Calling all nominations for The Godolphin Stud & Stable Staff Community Award
The Godolphin Stud & Stable Staff Awards, supported by the BHA and The Racing Post are now in their 15th year and recognise and reward the outstanding skills, commitment and contribution of over 10,000 stud and stable staff. The deadline for submissions is the 20th November, with £120,000 of prize money up for grabs.
For this year’s awards, which will be staged in February, online nominations only will be accepted and excitingly, video nominations are invited accepted for the first time. This is to ensure that the nominations procedure is as fair as possible for all those involved irrespective of their level of written communication and language skills.
The Rory MacDonald Community Award offers the winner £5,000, with a further £5,000 provided to the charity of their choice. Each runner-up will receive £2,000 and the same amount for their chosen charity.
Last year’s winners of the Community Award were Jackie and John Porter for their service to the IJF’s Oaksey House as Resident Managers.
