Cheltenham Preview Night: The Coniston Hotel
A fantastic racing panel made up of Jockeys, Journalists, Trainers, Authors and Industry Experts, will be sharing their experience, expertise, knowledge and tips ahead of four days of fabulous racing 14-17 March 2023
Jonathan Doidge
Host for the evening, freelance sports broadcaster and writer, Jonathan regularly contributes to Racing Post, as well as following Yorkshire County Cricket Club for the BBC. He also hosts the podcast ‘Sporting Lives’. Jonathan has been a passionate racing fan since childhood!
Mark Howard
A regular expert pundit on Racing TV, Mark is also the author behind ‘One Jump Ahead’ and ‘Ahead On The Flat’.
Warren Greatrex
Greatrex, whose career highlights include training the winner of the 2015 World Hurdle at Cheltenham, now trains at Rhonehurst, Lambourn and is having an excellent season so far.
Ryan Mania
Scottish jockey from Galashiels who won the 2013 Grand National on Auroras Encore. He temporarily retired in 2014, but returned to the saddle in 2019 and is riding better than ever before.
Harry Bannister
Had his best ever season in 2021/22 and was going well for this season before a bad injury in October. Will return to racing in the not too distant future. Harry has been a staple on preview night since its inception in 2019.
Matt Hulme
Well known Betfred TV Presenter and PR, Matt is also a racecourse representative. Described as being a horse racing idealist, football sympathiser and a shocking golfer!
