Family Fun Day

Chester Racecourse’s much-loved Family Fun Day will take place on Sunday 3rd August and as always, promises to be filled with exciting entertainment from start to finish. This raceday really has the community at it’s heart as we welcome local businesses to host a range of activities for the little ones including fun fairs, inflatable play zones, music workshops, craft activities and much more!

And don’t forget the best bit… children aged 17 or under go FREE!

On the Family Fun Day line-up for 2025:

RaverTots – bringing the ultimate kid friendly rave to the Roodee
RepuTAYion – performing Taylors Swifts much loved hits
VIP visit from Paddington Bear
Festival themed activities

Gates open: 11:30 AM
First race: 12:45 PM
Final race: 4:15 PM
Event closes: 5:00 PM
