The Holiday Activity & Food Fund Programme
The National Horseracing Museum has teamed up with Suffolk County Council, West Suffolk Council, the Association for Suffolk Museums and the Department for Education for 2022’s The Holiday Activity and Food Fund Programme, also known as The HAF Programme.
Join the National Horseracing Museum for a day of fun, food and physicality!
Children will learn how to prepare and cook healthy lunch and snacks on site. Plus, there will be lots of outdoor activities and games to enjoy, like relay puzzles, circuit training and dodgeball as well as the chance to try out the racing simulator. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn the importance of physical activity to keep fit and healthy just like racehorses! Children can even meet the real racehorses who live on site and explore this fabulous heritage site. A day not to be missed!
These sessions are aimed at schoolchildren between 9-11 years old and FREE places are available for recipients of free school meals.
