Great British Racing launches new hub to help young people take the next step in racing
Earlier this month, Great British Racing (GBR) launched its new Get Into Racing hub, a dedicated online resource designed to help young people explore the many routes available within British racing.
Supported by funding from the Racing Foundation, Godolphin and the Racing Post, the hub brings together careers information, training pathways and key resources for young people, with the aim of creating clearer and more accessible routes into the industry.

Across British racing, initiatives such as Racing to School, National Racehorse Week, family-friendly racedays and Autism in Racing are helping to introduce more young people to the sport. The Get Into Racing hub builds on these early touchpoints by helping bridge the gap between initial engagement and longer-term involvement in racing.
The hub signposts young people towards a wide range of next steps, whether that is getting into riding through organisations such as The Pony Club and the Pony Racing Authority, accessing scholarship and development opportunities through initiatives such as Riding A Dream Academy, or exploring career pathways within the sport.
Creating clearer pathways for young people remains a key priority within British racing’s wider social impact strategy, with initiatives such as Get Into Racing helping turn early experiences into meaningful long-term engagement with the sport.
