Racing charities can benefit from free on-line shopping initiative

Christmas is synonymous with giving to charities and there is a great, easy way to help out a number of good causes in racing by using The Giving Machine – and it won’t cost you a penny.

The Giving Machine is a unique registered charity that supports other charities that sign themselves up to its on-line shopping initiative. It works by generating sales commissions from every online purchase to many high street names by customers who have already selected one or more charities to support. Best of all, the shopper has a great choice of outlets, including Amazon, eBay and Waitrose. Without altering any purchasing habits, or spending any more money, anyone signed up can help charities raise vital income. It’s such a great time to get involved with The Giving Machine, as many of the Racing Together partners are now listed.

The award-winning concept supports over 7,000 UK charities and schools, with over 92,000 members. An impressive £1.3 million has been raised so far for good causes.
Racing to School; The Injured Jockeys Fund; Racing Welfare; The Thoroughbred Breeders Association and Active Communities Network are among the charities that can be selected to benefit from this clever idea.

It’s free to join and a great way to help so much good work going on across the sport, without any cost. Do take a look:
