Racing Together speak to Robin Ash, Access and Inclusion Officer for the British Deaf Association alongside Lisa Braillsford, Registered Qualified Sign Language Interpreter

Beverley Racecourse broke new ground this year as they focused on removing barriers to racing to those with hearing loss – around 10m people in the UK.

Working alongside the British Deaf Association (BDA), the racecourse has identified some key actions to make the sport more accessible and enjoyable for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
