Beverley Racecourse broke new ground this year as they focused on removing barriers to racing to those with hearing loss – around 10m people in the UK.
Working alongside the British Deaf Association (BDA), the racecourse has identified some key actions to make the sport more accessible and enjoyable for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
