Together for the Tote supports Racing Welfare through public survey
Racing Welfare is to benefit from a new survey requesting feedback from racing fans about the future of the Tote.
Together for the Tote will make a donation to support the work of the charity, which provides advice, housing, community activities, chaplaincy, careers support and a dedicated 24-hour helpline for those working in racing in need of support.
In December the Tote Town Hall initiative was launched to seek views on how the Tote can offer greater value, a better digital experience, and even more exciting bets.
A launch video with members of the team was filmed at Newbury and encouraged racing fans to engage with questions posted across social media, which will continue over the next few weeks. Click on the image below to watch the video, or to provide feedback.
Alex Frost, Chief Executive of Alizeti which is behind Together for the Tote, said: “We think it is really important to engage with racing fans and Tote customers about our plans for the future of the Tote. At the same time, it is fantastic to be able to support the crucial work Racing Welfare do for everyone across the racing community.”
Good news also for Racing Welfare at the start of the New Year with the Racing Foundation confirming a new partnership which will deliver £3.89bn over the next three years, with the aim to further develop both the physical and mental health of racing staff through Racing Welfare’s services.
