Volunteer today for racing charities!

Charities working across the sport are frequently in need of valuable support from volunteers – on an ongoing basis or just to support a particular event.

Volunteering is a great way to help the causes you support, and can even boost your CV and help you make new friendships.

Royal Ascot Preview raises almost £3,000 for charities

The star-studded Just Seats charity preview evening hosted by Francesca Cumani and featuring Oisin Murphy, Frankie Dettori, Charlie Fellowes and ‘The Shark’ from Fitzdares raised some much-needed funds for charity. The event was also supported by Fitzdares and Qatar Racing.

Ed Kendall of Just Seats said: “We’d like to thank the panellists for volunteering their time and breaking new ground in previewing Royal Ascot online. It was enormous fun to be involved with and we’re sure this is the first of many.

“The event demonstrated how JustSeats can be used to raise vital funds for charities at a time when fundraising has been massively prohibited.”

Recipient charities were: Retraining of Racehorses, Racing Welfare, the Injured Jockeys Fund, Racing to School and the British Racing School.
