Purpose:

This program was created to address the need of Adults, specifically those not exclusively from Urban Communities with regards to 'Connecting them to the Equestrian Industry'. Representation is important prior to creating this opportunity you would find a reluctance of particularly BAME women feeling comfortable to engage in this sort of activity and thus the program was created.
