Purpose:

Racing Home is designed for parents (and those considering parenthood) across all areas of the sport, aiming to raise awareness of the challenges working parents face in the British horseracing industry. Through the sharing of experiences and the resulting discussions, Women in Racing hopes to ensure a more comprehensive understanding of the decisions working parents face daily in our sport.
