Partnership with Burton Albion Community Trust

Programme Highlight

UTTOXETER Racecourse has partnered with Burton Albion’s Burton Albion Community Trust (BACT) for two years. In 2019, BACT was chosen to be one of Uttoxeter Racecourse’s charities of the year and throughout the year there were 10 different race events that BACT were fundraising at. The aim of the partnership is to raise funds to enable BACT to deliver more programmes in the Uttoxeter area, on top of what’s already being delivered in local schools and on the evenings and weekends.

What do they do?

We provide access to our venue or facilities for community groups and or fundraising

We organise or host events for charities and community groups

Our organisation donates to good causes

Community engagement is part of our day job

We fund the delivery of community engagement and education activity
