Purpose:
The Newmarket Academy Godolphin Beacon Project (NAGBP) was launched in September 2016 as part of a shared vision between Newmarket’s largest employer, Godolphin and the town’s only Secondary School to support and enrich the lives of young people in the local community. The joint venture between Godolphin, Newmarket Academy and the education charity Racing to School has two key goals: to expand the aspiration and ambition of every student in the school through presenting the diverse career pathways that exist for them; and to provide students with the tools required to pursue these ambitions.
