Scottish Racing Academy

Programme Highlight

We have made great progress with our Education and Training opportunities throughout 2019 and 2020. Most notably: -Charitable status obtained Sept 2019 -The Scottish Racing Academy has been developed in full consultation with Scottish and far Northern trainers -A new suite of Scottish Qualification Authority approved qualifications validated January 2020 that meet the rules of racing -A comprehensive School's Academy pathway programme in collaboration with 13 Secondary Schools -We have established two full-time campuses for the delivery of the SCQF Level 5 Racing Qualifications (SRUC Oatridge and Borders College) -Our delivery model has both work-based and college options to suit the learners needs -The Scottish Racing Academy also provides qualifications and training for stable staff which are full funded by the Scottish Government.
