Since its establishment in the 1980s, Shadwell has been proud to embrace the role of social responsibility and continues to invest in the community and education. The main focus of our support lies in the education and training of young people and favours equine and agricultural projects. Our support is mostly directed to communities in close proximity to Shadwell’s farms in Norfolk and Suffolk. From within their roles, many of the Shadwell management and staff are involved in community engagement and education. The Shadwell Charities Committee (7 members of staff) have key input with the committee’s chair dedicating 1 day per week.
