British Thoroughbred Retraining Centre

Programme Highlight

BTRC's education and work experience programme: This programme offers individuals (both nationally and internationally) the opportunity to learn more about the aftercare and welfare of retired racehorses. The programme involves individual or group visits from local community organisations, colleges and universities to the Centre to meet the racehorses and learn more about horseracing and the care the industry provides for these animals upon retirement.
